Velarix Consulting was founded by Leslie Liebscher, a senior operations and strategy leader with 20+ years building and fixing enterprise operating models across financial services, technology, and regulated industries.
Velarix draws on roots meaning light and movement. It captures what good operational work actually does: illuminate what's unclear, create momentum where things have stalled, and open up possibilities that felt out of reach.
